Ingredients:
- Potatoes 350g
- Broccoli 140g
- Potato starch 180g (or corn starch)
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegan cheese
Peel and cook (boil) the potatoes and broccoli for 25 minutes, drain them and mash them with a fork or potato masher, season with salt and olive oil and add the starch, mix until you obtain a homogeneous texture.
Grease your hands with some oil and take a ball of the mixture, crush it slightly and add your preferred cheese, take another small quantity of the mixture and close the patty well.
Cook in a pan for 5 minutes per side and enjoy it as is or with a garlic dip of your choice. Sahtein x
